In order to embed the national nature of Hillcroft, there has long been a successful policy of taking Hillcroft out into the regions.

Hillcroft has an enviable outreach programme which allows us to reach out to women who may not have had the opportunity to hear about us.

Through taster sessions and events, women are able to get a flavour of Hillcroft and meet some its staff, and more importantly to understand the ethos of its mission to empower women.

This outreach is very much focused on getting in touch with, and working alongside community organisations - meeting the needs of the individual.

The programme allows us to communicate the benefit of Hillcroft as a place for progression, and a place for new beginnings.

Hillcroft welcomes diversity and embraces Women from all walks of life where age has no barrier, and no matter what your current levels of skill are, Hillcroft can move you forward.
