Kash Pandya |
Kash is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance Accountants (CIPFA). Prior to his retirement in 2009, Kash worked for the Audit Commission as a district auditor in London with ultimate responsibility for a portfolio of high profile public sector clients. In addition to his his support and commitment to the vision and future success of Hillcroft College, Kash is a non-executive director of a primary care trust and an advisor with the Citizen's Advice Bureau. |

Gordon Mattocks |
“Gordon has 40 years’ experience in public sector finance and audit in higher education, new towns, local government, and social housing. He recently chaired the national Housing Internal Audit Forum. A life member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, and a member of its technical Audit Panel.“ |

Michael Summers |
Michael Summers is a Chartered Accountant who has spent most of his working life in commerce. For over 30 years he was the CEO of publicly quoted and private publishing companies. Since retiring, he has devoted much of his time to acting as Governor of a number of educational establishments.' |

Raj Pradhan |
Before retiring in January 2001 Raj, a chartered Accountant, worked as a financial executive in various multinational companies in positions ranging from Financial controller, European Group Treasurer and Head of Internal Audit and Business Risk worldwide. From 1995 – 2003 Raj served as a governor of London South Bank becoming Vice Chair in 1999. Raj is currently vice chairman of the Board of Trustees at Regents College |

Sandra Philpotts |
Sandra has been a member of staff at Hillcroft for over twenty years in a variety of roles, including , MIS Manager, Academic Registrar and Finance Manager .Her current role as Head of Operations gives a unique insight into all areas of the College ,Academic, Household and Administrative and General Support. Sandra has a passionate commitment to the Hillcroft mission and a desire to see this aligned to the requirements of the 21st century, providing students with the best possible experience of adult residential education. Sandra has a first class honours degree in English Literature from Kingston University obtained as a mature student.

Judith Cseh-Menczer |
Judith Cseh-Menczer has over 20 years' experience in law firm training, learning and development, knowledge management and internal communications. Earlier in her career, following a degree in law, she trained in banking and finance and dabbled in translation. In the voluntary sector, she has a particular commitment to mentoring. |

Patricia Terry |
Patricia is a psychotherapist working in private practice and for Relate. Prior to this Patricia worked as an internal auditor in HM Treasury before moving into policy development where she worked across government promoting women and equality issues in health, education and the criminal justice system. As a volunteer she spent many years at Kingston Women's Centre working with women who had experienced domestic violence, emotional and sexual abuse. |

Sue Budgen |
Following an early career in the Diplomatic Service, Sue moved into the education sector where she worked as a teacher, inspector and secondary school head. As a Fellow of the RSA she has a strong commitment to life-long learning and recently completed a Master's degree at the Shakespeare Institute. |

Neil Borrett |
Neil Borrett FRICS. A Surveyor with almost 50 years experience of property in the public and private sectors. He held directorships in a public company and a leading merchant bank. Also chief executive of Government Property and director of the Crown Estate. A director of companies in both Europe and USA he was also governor of London South Bank University. |

Chris Gosling |
Chris has spent nearly 40 years in Human Resources predominantly in the public sector. His knowledge of Higher Education is based on his time as Director of HR at London Business School and, latterly, Imperial College from which he retired in 2010. He is a trustee of three pension schemes - two as chair. |

Victoria Lindsay |
Victoria has worked for over 11 years in FE and HE, contributing to vocational texts, teaching resources, and publishing on her research interests. She has a PGCE, MA Online/Distance Learning and a PhD. Currently Deputy Director at The Open University responsible for Quality Assurance within international validated partnerships. |

Stacey Morgan |
Stacey has spent the past 30 years working in advertising and new media, launching many blue chip products onto the market. With a plethora of experience across many disciplines including running her own advertising agency before joining Hillcroft as Head of Development. Stacey is also a Trustee of the charity and organisation SPAN. |

Andrea Walker |
For the last four decades Andrea Walker worked with voluntary organisations that improve women's quality of life. She set up a women's refuge, chaired the 300 Group, worked with breast cancer and family planning. Latterly Andrea managed a charity for disadvantaged women. She has three daughters and six grandchildren. |

Michael Wheeler |
Principal of Hillcroft with extensive experience in adult and further education, having spent 14 years in Kingston Adult Education, 3 years as Head of Adult Learning Service in the London Borough of Haringey and finally 7 years as Principal of Bromley Adult Education College.
Michael is a fellow of CMI (The Chartered Management Institute) and holds an MA in Business and Public Strategy from Kingston University. He is also chair of COSLP (The Committee of South London Principals). |
