At Hillcroft we have extensive experience in adapting and designing effective courses to meet the specific needs of women in organisations. We can help you grow, carry out a needs analysis with you, and develop the right training needs for your staff or volunteers. 

Management Programme:
Hillcroft has developed a series of residential weekend courses for women in organisations who are moving forward into management. Each module deals with a different area of work skills from understanding health and safety to motivating staff, running business meetings and writing reports - All essential tools.
These modules can be adapted to work around staff needs, and can be taken at different intervals, with each module gaining units toward full accreditation in the ILM Leadership and Management programme

Volunteer Programme:
We also specialise in courses for organisations who work with women volunteers, these include courses on effective volunteering, volunteer management, customer service, event management and community volunteering. These courses build skills and expertise to help organisations work more effectively with their volunteers.

All programmes can contribute to achievement of the Volunteers Award or accreditation in the ILM Leadership and Management programme.
