Hillcroft in conjunction with The Royal Borough of Kingston, Kingston NHS, LEAH and Kingston College will start the second term of ESOL Courses for Non EU women who have been in the UK for less than 5 years. The project is funded by the European Integration Fund and it’s FREE for eligible women.
