Hillcroft is currently working across 2 LSIS funded projects with a focus on improving the quality of teaching and learning and effective learner involvement  The projects STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and ‘The Learner Involvement in work based and adult and community learning’ feed into each other, from the learner voice and innovative ways of gathering and utilising student feedback, to examining current methods of leaner involvement and pilot new strategies and systems to gain more effective learner participation within a residential environment.

Both projects are being driven by Hillcroft’s Skills for life Team who will gather information, exploring new communication channels, and integrating into existing staff CPD activity.
