This series of weekend sessions will enable you to complete the Institute of leadership and Management Award with opportunities for achieving the Certificate or Diploma qualification. It is a demanding but enjoyable and dynamic course that will put you in the driving seat and enable you to develop your professional skills and management expertise fast.
The course covers topics such as, Team building and Motivation, Solving Problems, Setting Objectives, Health and Safety, Recruitment and Leadership - knowledge you will need to become a successful manager.
