Course Description

This is a taster course or gentle introduction to meditation, relaxation and mindfulness. Students will learn how to use breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques to manage stress, improve health and well-being and achieve goals.


Course runs from 27 Apr 2018 to 29 Apr 2018

Entry Requirements

This course is suitable for learners at a range of levels. There are no entry requirements.


You can apply for other courses, depending on your level.


Courses take place in a confidential setting and may involve pair-work, individual work and group discussion.

Course Application and Support Forms:

To apply for this course you will need to complete the Application form for each course you wish to attend, there is space for up to 3 courses per form.

The Information Form only needs to be completed once each academic year, if you have not completed one for this year, you will need to complete this also.

You can either print the forms once completed, sign and return by post or email the forms direct to the college at enquiry@hillcroft.ac.uk.

(You will be required to sign the forms when you attend the college)
