Linda Jones - Chair Linda's career has been focused on widening participation in education, especially at tertiary level. She is now Emeritus Professor of Health at the Open University and deputy chair of the UK Public Health Register.

Sue Carter – Head of College

Chris Gosling Chris has spent nearly 40 years in Human Resources predominantly in the public sector. His knowledge of Higher Education is based on his time as Director of HR at London Business School and, latterly, Imperial College from which he retired in 2010. He is a trustee of three pension schemes - two as chair.

Gordon Mattocks Gordon has 40 years’ experience in public sector finance and audit in higher education, new towns, local government, and social housing. He recently chaired the national Housing Internal Audit Forum, a life member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, and a member of its technical Audit Panel.

Katherine Perricos Katherine is an accountant by profession, having worked in her career for one of the large international accountancy firms. As well as bringing up three boys, she works in providing learning support and is part of the team of volunteers at the British Museum.

Kash Pandya Kash is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance Accountants (CIPFA). Prior to his retirement in 2009, Kash worked for the Audit Commission as a district auditor in London with ultimate responsibility for a portfolio of high profile public sector clients. In addition to his support and commitment to the vision and future success of Hillcroft College, Kash is the lay member governance and audit chair for three NHS clinical commissioning groups and an advisor with the Citizen's Advice Bureau.

Theresa Hoenig Theresa is a recently retired Curriculum Vice Principal from another London college. She brings a wealth of experience in FE leadership and of curriculum and quality matters in particular.

Nigel Ware Nigel is a recently retired partner in an international accountancy firm.

Patricia Terry Patricia is a psychotherapist working in private practice. As a volunteer she spent many years at Kingston Women's Centre working with women who had experienced domestic violence, emotional and sexual abuse.

David Porter David first trained as a Quantity Surveyor and then became a Project Manager dealing with major design & construction projects. He has worked in the UK and abroad in Norway, the Middle East and Russia. As a result he has extensive experience of building and property matters.

Farah Ispahani Farah is a partner in an international law firm based in London.
